Premium Fabrics
Mills we know by name, weights we verify with a GSM check, and dye lots inspected before a single panel is cut.
Low minimums, clean stitching and ship dates you can actually plan around. From first sample to repeat bulk orders.
Seam Apparel is a private label clothing manufacturer working with new labels, small boutiques and established fashion brands across the USA. Send a sketch, a tech pack or a sample garment you already like. Our pattern team reads the details, prices the job and turns it into something you can put on a shelf.
Most people who contact us have never placed a bulk order before, and that is fine. We ask for five things up front so nothing stalls later: fabric type and weight, colour codes, size ratio, print or embroidery placement, and quantity per style. Give us those and you get a real quote instead of a vague range.
Cartons ship through freight partners we have used for years, with full export paperwork, so goods clear customs without surprise delays. Low minimums, flexible run sizes and honest pricing are why brands stay after their first drop.

Explore serviceWe take small orders seriously. Many factories treat a 100-piece run as a nuisance and push it to the back of the line. Our floor is planned around short runs, so your first order gets the same cutting table and the same inspectors as a repeat client ordering thousands.
You also control the parts that make a garment feel like yours: rib composition, thread colour, zipper pull, drawcord tips, wash-care wording. Choose organic cotton, recycled polyester or a standard blend depending on what your buyer cares about and what your margin allows.
Every batch is inspected before it leaves. We measure against the spec sheet, pull on seams, check print cure and count cartons. If something misses the mark we fix it here, not after it reaches your warehouse.
Read Our Quality Guarantee
You should not have to buy 1,000 units to learn whether a design sells. Low minimums let you test two or three styles, watch what customers actually reorder, then put cash into the winner instead of a stockroom full of guesses.
Restocking is simple once your graded pattern and spec sheet are on file. The second order runs from the same pattern, so sizing stays consistent and returns stay low — a detail new brand owners usually underestimate.
Good garments come from decisions made early. Fit, fabric hand feel and shrinkage are settled during sampling, because fixing those after cutting costs money and weeks.
Skipping that middle step is the single most common reason first orders disappoint people. A tee that fits perfectly out of the bag and shrinks two inches after one wash costs you the repeat customer.
Timing decides whether a season works. Planners lock your slot on the production calendar the day the order is confirmed, then report at cutting, sewing, decoration and packing. You always know which stage your goods sit in.
As volume climbs, nothing about the process changes. Same patterns, same fabric supplier, same finish, same inspection checklist. Only the quantity moves.
Sampling: 20–25 business days
Bulk production: 25–30 business days after approval
Nine core categories, each with its own pattern block, machine set-up and inspection checklist.
Working with several vendors means chasing four people when a delivery slips. We keep it under one roof. Our pattern makers talk to the cutters. The cutters talk to the print floor. The print floor talks to packing.
Nothing falls between departments, and you have one account manager who knows your order by name, your colour codes by heart and your deadline without checking a file.
That setup is what separates a full-service apparel manufacturer from a sewing unit that only stitches whatever arrives at the door.

Choosing a clothing manufacturer is one of the biggest calls you make as a brand owner, so take it from someone who has been through it.
Karyn Leah, founder of Glowing Up Glow, walks through her project with us: how her samples came together, what changed between rounds and how her bulk order shipped. She is open about the parts that were easy and the parts that took work.
Whether you are printing your first 50 tees or moving a full seasonal range, our job is to keep the process boring and predictable.

Our minimums start at 50 to 100 pieces per style and shift by product type. Simple knits like tees and hoodies sit at the bottom of that range. Structured pieces like denim or outerwear need more, because pattern work and machine set-up cost the same whether you order fifty pieces or five hundred.
Yes. Short runs are a core part of how we plan the floor, not a favour. Your 100-piece order gets the same cutting table, sewing line and inspection checklist as a repeat client ordering thousands.
T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, leggings, jeans and denim, sportswear and activewear, tracksuits, swimwear, caps and hats, plus uniforms and accessories. Cut and sew, private labeling, embroidery, screen printing, sublimation and packaging are all handled in house.
Yes. Woven neck labels, printed care and size tags, custom hangtags, branded poly bags and printed shipper boxes are available, so garments arrive retail-ready or ready for direct fulfilment.
Sampling takes 20 to 25 business days, and bulk production runs 25 to 30 business days after sample approval. Exact dates depend on quantity, decoration method and fabric lead time. You receive a firm date once the sample is signed off, and we hold to it.
Yes. We deliver to brands across the USA, Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia and the Middle East with tracked freight and complete export documentation.
Combed cotton, polyester, viscose, spandex blends, fleece, French terry, denim, performance knits, and sustainable options including organic cotton and recycled polyester.
Five details: fabric type and weight, colour codes, size ratio, print or embroidery placement, and quantity per style. A sketch, tech pack or reference garment covers most of it — we fill the gaps with recommendations.
Share your sketch, tech pack or sample garment with our team in Charlotte and Los Angeles. We will come back with fabric options, a firm production schedule and honest pricing.
